Resignation of Sumitomo Director from Brunswick Rail Board of Directors
Brunswick Rail announces the resignation of Mr. Takeshi Murata, Sumitomo Corporation representative,
from the Board of Directors. The Company would like thank Mr. Murata, as well as his predecessors on
the Brunswick Rail Board, Mr. Ohmori and Mr. Tabuchi, for their long service on the Board. The
